Lori’s Sweet Potato Casserole
1 cup of Sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 Tbs. butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix main ingredients together and place in a 9 X 13 casserole dish. Mix up topping and place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 35 minutes. Enjoy!
