With more than 35 years of dedicated service in the healthcare field, I began my career supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and in mental health services. Through years of hands-on experience, I developed a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable populations.

As my career evolved, I transitioned into senior care, where I have continued to lead with compassion, expertise, and a strong sense of advocacy. I am passionate about supporting aging adults and their families, ensuring they receive respectful, individualized care that promotes dignity and independence.

My career reflects a lifelong dedication to service, a deep respect for those I serve, and an unwavering commitment to compassionate care.
