Meet Our Executive Director
Debbie Shealy, CRCFA
With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have dedicated my career to serving individuals with diverse needs through compassionate leadership and a commitment to excellence. Since September 27, 2018, I have proudly served as the Executive Director of Lakeside Place Assisted Living and Memory Care. I joined the organization prior to the completion of construction, playing an integral role in preparing the community for opening by overseeing licensing, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
I am a licensed and certified Administrator in South Carolina, bringing both clinical understanding and operational expertise to senior living. Prior to transitioning into senior care, I spent 14 years as an Administrator supporting individuals with disabilities and special needs, further shaping my passion for advocacy and person-centered care.
I reside in Lexington, South Carolina, with my two teenage children. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy being actively involved in the community and spending time with my family. We especially enjoy swimming, visiting the beach, and embracing outdoor activities whenever possible.
