Jennifer Dudd
“I began my career in nursing as a C.N.A. and then became a L.P.N. I worked in direct care before moving into management roles after earning my bachelor degree. After raising my family, I have been serving as an Administrator in long term care and assisted living communities in several states over the last 20 years. My passion is serving our seniors to be a part of making each day the best that it can be.”

Courtney Elkins
“My experience with dementia care began when my beautiful mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’ Disease in 2002. For the last 23 years, my passion lies in assuring those living with dementia receive the best possible care. I have been a volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association for 20 years serving in multiple capacities. I am a Caregiver Support Group Facilitator, Walk to End Alzheimer’s Event Chair, Public Policy Ambassador and Louisiana Board of Excellence Member. I am honored and humbled to be a part of Cedar Crest Memory Care.”
