Meet Our Executive Director
Lisa Masters
I began my career in senior living in 2011 when I became a licensed administrator for assisted living. I have since become a Certified Dementia Provider. My passion is to serve individuals and make a difference in the lives of our seniors. I feel the key to person-centered care is to develop a deep understanding and appreciation of our residents.
My parents have been there a year. Really like Mike and Joyce and the staff. Very accommodating and take care of concerns my parents or we may have. Be it a lightbulb out, food likes and dislikes, or cable not working in the room. And I pop in several times a week at different hours. Games and entertainment is available if they choose to participate.
