Meet Our Executive Director
Susan Gilbert
“I have worked in healthcare for the past 22 years. I found my home at Azalea Commons of Cleveland as the Executive Director, 4 years ago. It is an honor to serve this population of talented, unique, loving historians that we call seniors. Our team shares the same vision and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we have the honor to serve, and we do it proudly. I call Cleveland home and am happily married to Ward Gilbert, and have two amazing children, Abby and John Howard. When not caring for and loving on your loved ones or leading our team, I enjoy pickleball, family and watching my son play football.”
